The author has signed this second printing on the title page. The dust wrapper indicates this is a Limited Edition publication. There are 205 pages of text plus an additional number of unpaginated pages with black-and-white photos on glossy paper. The black boards have white lettering on the spine and are clean and bright with stiff spine ends and sharp corners. Thee dust wrapper remains stiff when opening the book and is with our rips, tears or other damage. Internally, the book is clean and bright and without highlighting, underlining or marginalia.
