Synopsis

About the Author

Samuel S. Hallman holds degrees in psychology and criminal justice, and is currently employed by the University of Texas as an Associate Clinical Psychologist in correctional mental health. He is the author of The Neo-Dynamic Paradigm of Truth and Justice, a book that examines truth and justice as they are currently found in the United States political, criminal justice, and social systems. His work on criminal justice reform is ongoing and has been presented in Geneva, Russia, and other countries in western-Europe. After completing a risk assessment research project on genocide, the author was so troubled by his discoveries that he decided to communicate the essence of genocidal potential in a dramatic adventure that many will recognize as just a few steps away from reality.
