Publisher's printed stiff wrappers; featuring three new songs from the 1938 RKO musical, along with 25 older songs, each with a reproduction of its sheet music cover. Presentation copy, inscribed by Berlin to a Hollywood publicist and reviewer, 'To Jerry [Hoffman] who saw all the possibilities long before the cheering. For you always, Irving Berlin.' Aside from a tiny spot on the preliminary leaves, very good. One page prints scenes from the film, opposite which the production staff and crew are listed in print.
