Payments and Refunds

Immediate no-question refund on any book not meeting purchaser's expectations. All books are sold as described with faults, imperfections and errors of description. Jeremy's Books reserves the right to withdraw any book or books from inventory without giving reasons. Please note that we do not accept cheques. If paying by money order in non-sterling currencies please add a GB£8.00 processing fee.

Authenticity and Data Protection

Jeremy's Books make no warranty whatsoever. Care is taken to ensure that any statement as to authorship, attribution, origin, date, age, provenance and condition is reliable and accurate, but all such statements are statements of opinion and are not to be taken as statements or representations of fact. Jeremy's Books reserve the right in forming their opinion to consult and rely upon any expert or authority reasonably considered by them to be reliable.

All postage inside of the UK is by first class post, outside of the UK is by airmail and all books are fully insured in transit. If you require another service please contact us. The maximum weights for inland and overseas parcels are 20kgs and 5kgs respectively, and special rates will apply for items of a greater weight. Proof of posting is considered proof of receipt unless otherwise requested.
