Limited Folio Society edition, limited to 1000 copies, each featuring a signed illustration by Niroot Puttapipat, this being number 669. Introduced by Michael Morpurgo.

Quarter bound with vellum spine and tips, paper covered boards with beautiful gilt decorations, top edge gilt, printed on Cordier wove paper, featuring 14 colour plates, border decorations, plus numerous black and white illustrations, and the signed plate by the illustrator, housed in a cloth bound clamshell box, with leather title to the spine. Clamshell box measures 36x28x6cm.

A fantastic copy, just a few tiny marks to the top of the box, otherwise near fine condition, the book is tight and feels unread. Will be carefully and securely packaged in a box.
