The complete Strain Trilogy in a matching set of lettered limited editions. Presumably, many collectors never completed the set as the books were published over a span of 12 years by Lonely Road Books, a Subterranean Press spin-off. The Strain is a vampire novel trilogy that formed the basis of the four-season TV series that aired on FX. Hogan is a novelist; del Toro is best known as the director of films such as Pan's Labyrinth and the Hellboy series. This lettered issue is an illustrated hardcover book with elaborate stamping on the covers laid into a padded traycase that closes with magnets. Fine copies in fine tray cases. This is matching set letter Y of 26. Signed by Del Toro and Hogan on the limitation page. A scarce complete matching set.
