Designed by Ernst Reichl and printed by the Vermont Printing Company. Includes The Monthly Letter of the Limited Editions Club for July 1971, Number 445, and the publisher's red paper-covered slipcase. One of 1500 numbered copies signed by Maffia on the limitation page, this being number 85. A fine example.
