One of 26 copies (the entire edition), with engravings printed on English made Bassingwerk paper and handset text (in Van Dijck typefaces); signed and numbered in pencil by Holter on colophon, and housed in green paper portfolio with mounted title label. Features illustrations of the major characters in the famed allegorical short novel (Napoleon, Old Major, Snowball, etc; not to mention Mr. Jones), devised by the Rhode Island-based artist, in which his studies with Barry Moser are most apparent. Includes artist's statement (on separate leaf), plus title and colophon. A truly outstanding set of illustrations (all suitable for framing individually) from a truly impressive young artist.
