Many of these poems appeared in the "Dublin Morning Post." Contains a neatly written undated manuscript (handwritten in ink) poem "To The Memory of Charles O'Flaherty" signed Ellen Agnes that was probably the author's sister. Pagination: (i-xiv) (1)2-128 (129-132). The manuscript poem is written on p (i-ii). p (129-132) are blank leaves. Hand marbled endpapers (free endpaper versos blank),12mo [ca 4 15/16" wide x 7 3/16" tall, gilt lettered and ruled spine, 3/4 green leather with blind tooling (green leather spine and tips), marbled paperboards (hardcover). Chas. O'Flaherty printed bookplate appliqued to front fixed endpaper. Exterior rubbed with a piece of the marbled paper missingand board showing on front cover; tightly bound; interior clear and clean with absence of fox. Looks good and in good antiquarian condition.
