Original binding of blue leatherette with gilt lettering to spine, decorative gilt borders to upper cover. Blue endpapers. Edition limited to 100 numbered copies, of which this is number 40. Signed by the author to the limitation page. Photographic frontispiece. Illustrated with colour and black and white photographs. Brown mottling to verso of half title page and frontispiece with a couple of spots on the frontispiece and title page, otherwise the book is in very good condition in very good condition covers. Glassine dustjacket present and in very good condition. Slipcase present and in good condition, but worn to edges with some loss and split to bottom edge.
