CREDIT CARD ORDERS processed only through ABEBooks.com. 14-day return to ensure
customer satisfaction. Customer will notify me of the intention to return book(s)
within seven days of receipt. Full refund book price.
Due to the 10% Low Value Tax enacted by Australia, I can no longer afford to ship to Australia.

DOMESTIC: Priority $11.50 1st book, $2.25 each additional; Media Mail 4.50 1st book, $1.00 each additional;
INTERNATIONAL: International Priority Flat-rate $24.95. Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your order is for a heavy book or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. WE ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO SHIP TO ANY CORRECTIONS FACILITIES. Due to the 10% added Low Value Tax beginning in July, I can no longer afford and I will no longer ship to Australia.
