We asked for some happy memories to be included with each recipe and got one reply, "a favorite because we were together as a family". Certainly an important consideration in today's rush, plus, there are many old favorites that will endure forever. All the recipes were tested in a home kitchen (some two or three times because they were so good) with hints and info added, on the side, for your cooking pleasure and, in some cases, amusement.
