Tragedy in the Workplace, The: The Longest Running Show in the Country

The drama occurring in today's workplace is causing incredible suffering and insecurity due to intensely battling egos. It is the "longest running show in the country and is seen not in your local theaters but in every business in America." This book illuminates a "theater" model which brings clarity to the tightly woven web of intertwined egos that are currently operating in businesses and industries throughout the country.

The goals of this book are short term--healing the pain, and long term--healing the soul. As leaders understand this new model they can replace the current environment of fear with trust and compassion.
