This book is one of the first 2000 copies printed in a limited first edition. No. 232. Covers are clean and glossy. Very light shelf wear at edges. Black and white photograph of the author on rear cover. Pages are brightly illustrated. Binding strong. Very Good condition. Signed by the author on the on the editions page with a 4 line inscription made out to "Michael" and "Ashley", dated September 24th, 1991. We trust them & we hope you will too. If you need tracking, please consider PRIORITY SHIPPING. We ship orders valued at more than $50 in a box, at no additional charge. Priority mailing is for a Flat-Rate envelope, with tracking included. If the book does not fit into a flat rate envelope, we will likely need to request extra shipping costs from you, in order to put it in a box. We only charge the actual amount of shipping, so we hope you'll understand that it's just a matter of getting the book to you without taking a loss on it -- shipping is a service we happily offer without a 'handling' charge.... but we can't afford to charge you less than the cost of the stamps!…

Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
If you'd like tracking, please let us know before you place the order - We're happy to do it but it costs $1 extra because it means we have to print a shipping label for it individually, slowing down the shipping process considerably -- and we want to be able to keep basic shipping costs as low as we can.
We ship orders valued at more than $50 in a box, at no additional charge.
