2004. 2nd Printing. 415 pages. Signed by the author. Photographic jacket over black cloth with gilt titles to spine. Flat signed by David Scott (7th man on the moon) to title page. Includes photographic plates. Illustrated endpapers. Written with Christine Toomey. Pages have slight tanning and minor thumbing. Notable foxing and mild scratches to text block edges. Front hinge mildly cracked - otherwise firm. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt is bright. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with small tears and mild creasing. Jacket is a touch rubbed and marked overall.
