Talley MDSurgeon with the Rank of Major, and Jno. S. Buist Asst. Surgeon of the S.C. Army, will be obeyed and respected accordingly. The letterhead is from the Adj. & Insp. Lastly, I can frequently be seen authenticating and appraising on the History Channel hit show Pawn Stars.
