Wemmer, Librarian to the Solano County Free Library, clearing up a problem about extracts taken from Augustine Birrell's RES JUDICATAE (1892). Was it the English or American edition? Edith M. Coulter (1880-1963) was a California librarian, educator, and historian specializing in California visual arts.
