One page, 6 by 8 inches, dated 1 December 1983, probably in response to a fan letter, describing a most memorable event in the great Science Fiction author's career. Folded once else a fine copy. Signed in blue ink by Asimov following the typed message: 'It is hard for me to pick out any one event in my writing career that would qualify as 'most memorable.' / However, I suppose the greatest excietment [sic] came when I received word of my very first professional sale on October 21, 1938. / As for photographs, I am sorry to say I have none to send out. You'll have to do with this note. / Isaac Asimov.'.
