Good.Index sheet was sealed with wax to cardboard box. It is still attached to bottom flap of box by wax and there is a surface tear to sheet that is still attached. Otherwise box and sheets are clean. Assembling edited by Guillermo Deisler from his home in East Germany from 1987-1995. Each issue was produced in an edition of 100. Issue 17 comes enclosed in a shallow cardboard box with a string affixed to front, "17" hand stamped in red and a UNI/vers (;) pastedown as well as stickers and newsprint collage.
