Oversized hardcover with pictorial DJ. Black paper over boards with white lettering on spine. No date on title page. Copyright page dated 2008. Number Line: 1 3 5 7 9 10 8 6 4 2. 295 pages. DJ is has some light rubbing but is otherwise clean with vivid photographs of food by Deborah Jones on front and rear covers. $75.00 US/$84.95 CAN price printed at top right corner of front flap of DJ. Color photograph of Thomas Keller on rear flap. Minor rubbing to front and rear boards. Tiny scuff marks along surface of rear board. Lettering on spine is neat and legible. Pages are in excellent condition with clean, detailed photographs of various dishes inside. Binding strong and tight. Very Good condition. Signed by Thomas Keller on the half title page with a 1 line inscription made out to "Aaron" that reads "It's all about time and temperature". Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
If you'd like tracking, please let us know before you place the order - We're happy to do it but it costs $1 extra because it means we have to print a shipping label for it individually, slowing down the shipping process considerably -- and we want to be able to keep basic shipping costs as low as we can.
