Hardcover with dust jacket and slipcase. Black cloth boards with silver emblem on front and silver lettering on spine. Silver lettering on slipcase. 110 pages. No date on title page. Copyright page dated 2006. SIGNED by the author on the title page. This copy is in very good condition. Slipcase lightly scuffed. Black & white photographic dust jacket is glossy and crisp. Boards are clean. Binding is square and tight. Pages are clean and unmarked. Overall a very nice copy. Black & white prints throughout. This volume is 12" x 12". It is oversize and will require extra charge for priority and international shipping.

Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
