Originally begun at 100 King St. as a hamburger joint, the restaurant was upgraded to "Winston's Theatre grill" by Churchill devotee Oscar Berceller. It was the favourite of patrons of Massey Hall and the Royal Alexandra Theatre until 1966 when it was bought by restauranteur John Arena.
