Hardcover. Condition: Very Good+. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Hamilton-Giles, Carolyn (illustrator). First Edition, Limited, Signed. First edition, hardcover in green buckram with blind stamped decoration to the front, and signed by the author & marked as limited no. 584/891 on the title page. The book has a minor skew to the binding, slight bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, and a previous owner's name inked to the front pastedown with some lightly effaced marks to the half title. Overall, this is a solid, tight, Very Good+ copy in a Very Good dust jacket, which has creasing with a shallow stain at the head of the spine, slight shelf wear along the top edge of the covers, and a short crease to the lower corner of the front flap.
