Swift’s report on the academy and a letter from William Lee. A "Letter of transmittal" is signed, in type, on p. [3] by George Graham, Acting Secretary of War. Pages 11–20 contains "A roll of officers of the Army of the United States who were educated in the Military Academy, at West Point."
