1918. No Edition Stated. 695 pages. No dust jacket. Signed by the author. Green cloth with black lettering. Flat signed by the author to title page. B&W photographs throughout. Notable foxing and tanning to endpapers and page edges. Front hinge cracked thus the board is slack. Plate at p468 almost completely detached. Some gutter cracking. Binding is shaky, however pages remain attached. Mild wear and bumping to spine, board edges and corners, with crushing to spine ends.
