Each volume is divided into two parts with seperate paginations. 320, 318pp, 321, 335pp, 336, 318pp, 304, 318pp, 335, 307pp. Signed bindings by Whitman Bennett, NY. Bound into full brown calf with gilt spine lettering and 4 raised bands. Marble endpapers. Color frontispiece in each volume and a black and white portrait dividing the two parts of each volume. TEG. Joints are rubbed. Some unopened pages. Some scuffing to edges of covers.
