With publisher's printed Announcement / Prospectus in original mailing envelope. The original treatment by Steinbeck for a proposed 1949 film biography. Lost for over thirty years, the manuscript was recovered by The Yolla Bolly Press. Steinbeck's lost book is a stirring account of the life of Emiliano Zapata, the martyred hero of the Mexican Revolution. ; Roberston, James & Carolyn. Making Books in the Woods. This is one of 750 unsigned copies in Fabriano Ingres wrappers. Fine condition.
