A folio ring binder containing 50 leaves (rectos only) of watercolours one signed M. Williams) but very largely silk screen, lino cut, and wood engraved images, often in colours. "Progress in Wood Engraving from the start 1954", "Designs for wood engravings", "Prints from old blocks", etc. In all about 100 mounted woodcuts, lino cuts, screen prints, & drawings. Also a handwritten History of Wood Engravings and various bibliographies of books on the subjects. At end also handwritten chapters on Egyptian, Assyrian, & Indian Ornament and various alphabets.
