The Edinburgh International Festival is a world-renowned celebration of music, theatre, opera, and dance held every August. It was founded in 1947 to help heal and unite people after World War II - an idea conceived by the General Manager of Glyndebourne Opera Festival, Rudolf Bing.

Very good condition; some creasing and occasional edge-wear; foxing to a few leaves in the 1951 bound volume.
