Ce livre est le r�sultat de mon m�moire de ma�trise. Il s'agit d'un travail � la fois ardu et agr�able sur les significations du travail pour un musicien professionnel, en particulier un musicien de rock. L'�tude est bas�e sur la figure de Fughetti Luz (1947), l'un des rockers les plus respect�s du Br�sil, qui a commenc� sa carri�re dans le Rio Grande do Sul, mais qui a ensuite acquis une reconnaissance nationale, en participant � des festivals et en se produisant avec d'autres groupes tels que Os Mutantes, par exemple, une autre ic�ne nationale du rock. Cette �tude n'est pas une biographie, mais plut�t une analyse socio-historique du travail professionnel d'un musicien, et � partir de ce th�me, je propose des interlocutions avec l'histoire et la sociologie du rock national et international. Outre l'aspect social et culturel, il s'agit d'un travail esth�tique, � tel point qu'il y a des contributions du domaine de la psychologie de l'art, car lorsque nous parlons du travail professionnel des musiciens, nous ne pouvons pas oublier leur processus de cr�ation artistique, qui est l'un des centres d'int�r�t de la psychologie de l'art. Il s'agit d'un essai interdisciplinaire qui cherche � �chapper � l'herm�tisme acad�mique et � offrir au lecteur g�n�ral le plaisir esth�tique de la lecture, en utilisant un langage accessible et ancr� dans la th�orie.
