The vet: beyond the surgery door

The Vet: Beyond the Surgery Door, by George Rafferty and Jeremy Mills, published by BBC Books in 1989. This is the book of the BBC television series, a hardback with a dust jacket showing a cover photograph of a vet holding a lamb against a Highland farming landscape. The jacket is bright and glossy, with the green title lettering and BBC logo clear on the front. The back jacket carries a continuation of the landscape photograph with the ISBN and barcode. The spine shows the authors' names and title, matching the front design. Internally, the copyright page is clean and legible, listing the picture credits and publication details. The sample text page shown has cream-toned paper with a black and white photograph and clear printed text. No tears, stains or significant marks are visible in the photographs provided.
