In 12?(mm 180x105); due parti in un volume con numerazione sequenziale; pagine IV, 458, (4) di catalogo delle stampe + 15 (su 16) tavole di piante incise in rame fuori testo e tutte pi? volte ripiegate (manca quella del quartiere della Regola, tav. IX, supplita in fotocopia). Legatura coeva in brossura marmorizzata rivestita di carta verde (abrasioni e segni del tempo). Numerosi segni antichi verticali ai lati del testo.Rara guida di Roma del Magnan, ristampata dal Losi nello stesso anno della prima e nel 1783, pubblicata in origine anonima a Roma da Arcangelo Casaletti nel 1778 prima in-8? e poi in una versione in-folio e distribuita a Saint Eustache da Bourchard e Gravier. Cfr. Barbier IV, 1034 per l'Autore; Rossetti, G-1285; Schudt 363. Nr.cat: Cod 9311.

Libreria Antiquaria Perini was founded in Como in 1968 by Carlo and Ruth Perini, who moved to Verona in 1970 and in 1972 based the gallery in via Sciesa 11. It's now ruled by Alberto and Marcus Perini, the second generation in this family-business, with the help of Marcus' wife Antonella. We published 50 catalogues of antique and rare books, maps, decorative prints and old masters.
