Introduction to Logic Design by Alan Marcovitz is intended for the first course in logic design, taken by computer science, computer engineering, and electrical engineering students. Marcovitz is Professor and Associate Chair of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Florida Atlantic University. He received Bachelors and Masters degrees in electrical engineering from M.I.T., and a Ph.D. from Columbia University. He taught at the University of Maryland and then went on to found the Department of Electrical Engineering at Florida Atlantic University in 1970.
