Ian Anderson received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina. Before commencing his college teaching career, he was the Director of HR of a large Ottawa-based IT company.  Ian is also an HR and Management consultant with AMCES and has been actively consulting for more than 25 years, starting a consulting practice while completing his studies at the University of Ottawa.  At Algonquin College, Ian is a professor and coordinator, and actively coaches students in business case and college marketing competitions.
