About the Author
Mike Maguire is Professor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Cardiff University. Professor Rod Morgan is HM Chief Inspector of Probation at The Home Office, Queen Anne's Gate and is a former Professor of Criminal Justice at the University of Bristol. Robert Reiner is Professor of
Criminology at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
