Winnie’s tiny world opens with seeds, hope, and a garden of better days.
A gentle boy named Winnie tends a little plot of land, hoping to brighten his days with plants, birds, and maybe a friend. When autumn comes and loneliness settles in, he longs for conversation, a cage of a bird, or a playful squirrel to keep him company.
One encounter changes his outlook: a curious neighbor named Hie Hall befriends him and offers two pets, a gray squirrel and a robin, promising to bring them to share his new life. Through garden work, small acts of kindness, and new friendships, Winnie discovers hope can grow as surely as sunflowers and blossoms in his beds.
