Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good Minus. 865pp. (blue & red spine) 4to. small sized. 1982. First edition. A very good, clean, tight copy in very good minus jacket. Original publisher's blue cloth boards - silver embossed to the spine and to the front board. No inscriptions. Some light spotting to the upper fore-edge. An original receipt (�27.50 or �106 in today's money) is loosely inserted. The text supported by numerous formulae/graphs/diagrams etc. Original publisher's burgundy ribbon paged divider present and called for. The jacket has not been price-clipped. The jacket has some rubbing to the peripheries and around 3 short tears, which have been expertly repaired. It also has some shelf wear. A very good copy of a scarce work in very good minus jacket.
