Synopsis
Anthony Slade has become Commander of Scotland Yard's new Command Squad, which is to work as a crime-fighting team in liaison with police forces throughout the country. Sally Dean, who has had Ghost Squad experience, is invited to join the new Squad which, among other objectives, is endeavouring to solve the mystery surrounding her husband's murder. He had been a British agent working to prevent an international coup that would have created havoc among British financial interests abroad.

Original Cloth. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Kingaby / Keeman (illustrator). First Edition. Boards have a slight bump to the bottom corner of the rear front panel but are otherwise unmarked. Page edges have some light browning and slight spotting. There is an odour to the book - probably from a smoker's home - but the pages are otherwise unmarked. Jacket has been price-clipped and repriced by the publisher, has rubbing to edges, particularly on the spine and some discolouration to the front panel. Jacket design by Kingaby/Keeman.
