About the Author

G.A. Blakely/Glori Ann/ Gloria Blakely born in Pennsylvania, enjoyed a career in corporate America helping to create and market products as diverse as Honey Nut Cheerios and life insurance. Little did she know, while working in her window offices years ago, that life would take a sharp turn into the field of writing.
In a few short years, her world revolved around journalism, books, and other freelance writing. Somewhere in the midst of all of that, she managed to be a part of a Regional Emmy winning PABJ (Philadelphia journalists') production, awards for her African safari books from the Philadelphia Writers' Conference, and group awards from BPW, a business women's charity.  She also inspired and contributed insight into the permanent Audacious Freedom    1776-1876 exhibit at the African American Museum of Philadelphia.
Not that life was dull before writing, far from it: global travel, sports, and charity efforts always provided rewarding sparks. For her, writing draws a level of passion that had been missing. With it, his mission continues to get readers excited about life's possibilities, to bring joy, and encourage social improvement through literature.
