This tabulation of published data on electron devices of the has been prepared as part of the National Bureau of Standards Electron Devices Data Service. Established in 1948 to provide technical data on radio tubes to members of the Bureau staff, the service has since been extended to other scientists and engineers in government and industry.
In the course of the program, a large volume of information on tubes, transistors, diodes, and other electron devices has been accumulated.
