Kindergarten-Grade 2-- Brace yourselves for a time-warp from Disney--the 101 Dalmations are back, in a '50s pastiche of stereotypical people and places. This book offers youngsters the chance to reach the magic-sounding number of 101 by counting the dogs in the store, in the barbershop, in the country, etc. Certain images (pipe-smoking man, clinging woman) should be reexamined.
