About the Author
Jeffrey and Linda Russell are the founders and co-directors of Russell Consulting, headquartered in Madison, Wiscon¬sin. For almost 20 years, the Russells have provided consulting and training services in such areas as leadership, strategic think¬ing and planning, change leadership, employee quality of work life surveys, organization development, performance coaching, and perform¬ance management. Their diverse list of clients includes Fortune 500 compa¬nies, small businesses, social or nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. Jeffrey Russell has a Bachelor of Arts degree in humanism and cultural change and a mas¬ter of Arts degree in industrial relations, both from the University of Wiscon¬sin. He serves as an adjunct faculty member for that university, teaching for the Small Business Development Center, the Wisconsin Certified Public Man¬ager Program, and a number of other programs with the Univer¬sity of Wisconsin campuses. He is a frequent presenter at! local, state, regional, and international conferences. Linda Russell has a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work and completed graduate work in rehabilitation counseling. She specializes in designing and imple¬menting quality of work life surveys and in facilitating team and organiza¬tion development interventions
