About the Author:
Lucio Galletto is the proprietor of one of Australia's most awarded Italian restaurants and the author of The Art of Food at Lucio's, Soffritto: A Delicious Ligurian Memoir, and Lucio's Ligurian Kitchen. David Dale is the author of The Obsessive Traveller, or Why I Don't Steal Towels From Great Hotels Any More; Who We Are: A Snapshot of Australia Today; and Soffritto: A Delicious Ligurian Memoir. Paul Green specializes in photography of food, art, fashion, and fame, and his books include The Art of Food at Lucio's and Soffritto: A Delicious Ligurian Memoir.
