BECK, Ed.D., is one of the founders of the Charter Oak Consulting Group, a firm specializing in strengthening organizational performance by developing effective leaders, building high-performing teams and aligning organizations in pursuit of a shared vision. Recent clients include British Petroleum, Carrier, and Digital Equipment.
NEIL M. YEAGER, Ed.D., has fifteen years of professional experience as an organizational development consultant. Clients include Coopers & Lybrand and McKinsey & Co. Formerly based at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where his adult Career Transitions Program won a national award for innovation, he is currently a consultant with the Charter Oak Consulting Group.
