Volker Giencke, geb. 1947. Arbeitete am Scharoun-Archiv der Akademie der freien Künste in Berlin. Architekturbüro in Graz. Davenport-Professor in Yale. Gastprofessor in Nord- und Lateinamerika, und in den Mitgliedstaaten der EU. Unterrichtet experimentelle Architektur und leitet das Entwurfstudio 3 an der Universität Innsbruck.
