Dr. Alexander John is a partner of UMS Consulting since 2001. He is a consultant, project leader, coach and trainer for international industry and service organizations. Olin Roenpage is a partner of UMS Consulting since 2001. He is an experienced consultant since 1997, with many years in the deployment of Six Sigma and business excellence initiatives in industry and service organizations of various scope.
