Synopsis
Un enemies to lovers que te hará creer en el amor
Rain y Jack se odian. Rain y Jack pertenecen a planetas distintos. Rain y Jack no pueden tener menos cosas en común. Y, sin embargo, no dejan de cruzarse. Una y otra vez.
Primero en el instituto, luego en un concierto e, inesperadamente, también unos años después, cuando ya creían que no volverían a encontrarse. Incluso se ven empujados a compartir una noche en una casa perdida en mitad del bosque.
Rain piensa que las casualidades no existen. Jack, que las causalidades no lo explican todo. Los dos quieren tener razón. Y los dos saben que se equivocan.
Y ambos intuyen que, sea cual sea la verdad, cuando se trata de amor no hay teoría científica que haga entender el mecanismo de un corazón cuando otro lo sacude.

Rain and Jack hate each other. Rain and Jack come from different worlds. Rain and Jack could not have less in common. And yet, they keep running into each other. Again and again.
First in high school, then at a concert, and unexpectedly, years later, when they thought they would never meet again. They even find themselves forced to share a night in a house lost deep in the forest.
Rain believes coincidences do not exist. Jack believes causality does not explain everything. Both want to be right. And both know they are wrong.
And both sense that, whatever the truth may be, when it comes to love there is no scientific theory that can explain how one heart shakes another.

About the Author
Andrea Longarela (Valladolid, 1985) reside actualmente en su ciudad natal tras haber vivido en Salamanca, donde se licenció en Psicología. Durante un tiempo buscó su camino mientras escribía en sus ratos libres, hasta que decidió compartir sus obras, lo que rápidamente la llevó a hacerse un hueco entre las autoras románticas españolas con Amor se escribe con H y Otras maneras de decirte que te quiero (Esencia, 2018), obra con la que dio el salto definitivo al mundo editorial. A estas siguieron April, Adam y La trayectoria de los planetas (Crossbooks, 2019). En 2020 publicó la bilogía Historia de Daniela (Booket) y en 2021 Siete citas para Valentina (Booket) y Te espero en el fin del mundo (Crossbooks, 2021).
Más recientemente, ha publicado El faro de los amores dormidos (Crossbooks, 2024), Cuando despierten las flores (2024), Juliette y las canciones perdidas (Planeta, 2025) y El color de las cosas invisibles (2025). Además, le apasiona el cine, poner banda sonora a los momentos, el chocolate y, por supuesto, leer, aunque su mayor pasión es perder el tiempo imaginando que vive otras vidas, historias a las que ahora les da forma y voz.
Andrea Longarela (Valladolid, 1985) currently lives in her hometown after having spent time in Salamanca, where she earned her degree in Psychology. For a while she searched for her path while writing in her spare time, until she decided to share her work, which quickly earned her a place among Spanish romance authors with Amor se escribe con H and Otras maneras de decirte que te quiero (Esencia, 2018), the book that marked her definitive entry into the publishing world. These were followed by April, Adam and La trayectoria de los planetas (Crossbooks, 2019). In 2020 she published the duology Historia de Daniela (Booket), and in 2021 Siete citas para Valentina (Booket) and Te espero en el fin del mundo (Crossbooks, 2021).
More recently, she has published El faro de los amores dormidos (Crossbooks, 2024), Cuando despierten las flores (2024), Juliette y las canciones perdidas (Planeta, 2025), and El color de las cosas invisibles (2025). She is also passionate about cinema, creating soundtracks for moments, chocolate, and of course reading, though her greatest passion is spending time imagining that she lives other lives—stories she now gives shape and voice to.
