In a Western world that is seemingly untethered from its roots, it has become ever more apparent that the search for the good, the true, and the beautiful must be reignited. Through a reckoning of worldviews old and new, the Transcendental Argument for God holds a single standard against every possible starting point, searching for what coheres, what has history, and what can be participated in rather than merely thought. And it is through this search that the reader is carried full circle, back to the beginning of the cosmos, down into the darkest chamber of the self, where the hunger for intellectual knowledge is met and transfigured into a healing light in the darkness.

About the Author
Thomas White works as a carpenter. Although he holds no degrees in philosophy or theology, he has been intrigued by philosophical and theological systems since adolescence, through college, and in adulthood. His pursuits and secondary study have been supported by years by reading, building, and thinking about the questions that working with one's hands leaves room for. The Transcendental Argument for God is his first attempt to set that thinking down.
