4to. 7.25 x 11.5 inches. 321-322 pp. Single leaf disbound act. Slight fraying along left hand edge but otherwise in very good condition. Decorated by royal arms. This Act gives the powers granted by an Act at the beginning of the reign to the Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports additionally to the Deputy Warden and Lieutenant of Dover Castle. The post of Lord Warden had become an honorary one and it was the Deputy who in practice exercised the authority.
