First and only edition: attributed to Defoe along with a previous volume, Annals of King George, year the second, by J.R. Moore. Furbank & Owens cast doubt on the idea that Defoe could have written either work, writing of this volume that 'one is at a loss to find anything definitely pointing to Defoe at all' - mainly because it is a pro-Government and directly opposed to Mercurius Politicus, with which he was certainly involved.
